Chryseia is our finest expression of the Douro Valley terroir. Made with great care and attention to detail at our winery at Quinta de Roriz, Chryseia represents our two families' commitment to producing the most elegant wine from two hallmark Douro grapes: Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca.

The year A wet winter was followed by a surprisingly warm spring, which was beneficial to the flowering and berry set. A typical hot and dry summer included some welcome rainfall at the end of August – key in ensuring good maturation.
