Chryseia is our finest expression of the Douro Valley terroir. Made with great care and attention to detail at our winery at Quinta de Roriz, Chryseia represents our two families' commitment to producing the most elegant wine from two hallmark Douro grapes: Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca.

The year A wet and mild winter was followed by an erratic summer characterised by storms and large variations in temperature. A dry and relatively cool August ensured good grape maturation before picking in early September.
